「木構造エンジニアリング」で人と環境に優しく、美しい木造建築を提供するSTROOG。

8年目となる今年、私は栃木の森を撮影させていただきました。

毎年、47都道府県の森を撮影し、それを企業カレンダーにするというプロジェクト。

一見シンプルなように思えますが、クライアントであるSTROOGさんの深い理解と、

アートディレクターの宮田さんからの信頼があってこそ成り立つ、非常に贅沢な仕事であると実感しています。

一人で山や森に入り、ただシャッターを押す時間は、私にとって非常に幸せなひとときです。

そして、その瞬間が写真の本質を思い出させてくれます。

Beauty in architecture, kindness to the world.
STROOG provides beautiful wooden architecture that is kind to both people and the environment through “wooden structure engineering.”

This year, in its 8th year, I had the privilege of photographing the forests of Tochigi.
Every year, I photograph the forests of all 47 prefectures and compile them into a corporate calendar.
Though it may seem simple at first glance, this project truly comes to life thanks to the deep understanding of STROOG and the trust of Art Director Miyata, making it an incredibly luxurious and fulfilling job.

Spending time alone in the mountains and forests, simply pressing the shutter, is an incredibly happy moment for me.
And it is in those moments that I am reminded of the essence of photography.
